I started my journey with a degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge, and a relentless curiosity about how to support people in building lasting careers—not just financial success. From co-founding Fulton & Kaplan as a student, to launching my first firm while still working full-time at Deloitte, to establishing Fulton Management in 2015, every chapter has been guided by a single mission: serve with fairness, respect, and exceptional care.
Today, Fulton Management is a thriving team of 45 professionals managing nearly 800 careers across entertainment’s broad spectrum. But our foundation hasn’t changed—we believe how you succeed matters as much as what you achieve.
I lead with my sleeves rolled up. I still handle tax work for clients I’ve served since the beginning because nothing is beneath me. That mindset runs through our team culture—from long hours to spontaneous celebrations, we operate as a professional family. I personally organize team outings, Dodgers games, and holiday parties to create a workplace where people want to show up—not just to work, but to grow.
Giving back is part of who I am. I spent seven years with Agoura Pony Baseball, five of those as board president, to ensure every kid had a positive, encouraging experience. At Fulton Management, our community outreach includes donation-matching programs and initiatives like “Bagged Lunches for the Homeless.” As we look to the future, philanthropy and mentorship will play an even bigger role in our journey.
Over the years, I’ve been honored to be featured in Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, and Billboard, at one point simultaneously—something I don’t take lightly. But what means more to me is being known for recognizing potential early and building lasting partnerships based on substance—not flash.
I split my time between Agoura Hills and Malibu, cheering on the Dodgers whenever I get the chance. I’m a proud father to three grown sons, and I continue to mentor rising professionals who share a passion for leading with purpose.
In the end, my legacy isn’t about the wealth I’ve helped others build. It’s about the people I’ve helped grow.
“It’s never been just about building wealth—it’s about building people.”
